When someone downloads your contact details, they'll have the opportunity to sign up to follow changes to your card. Now, when you make a change to your card (hey, you've just moved!), your followers get an email the next day. They can then download the new contact, and everyone's up to date. With your company account with ContactMonkey, we can designate one or more employees to act as the administrator. This person is able to view and manage all the employees using the service. You can see how much activity their cards are receiving, and even edit their information so you can ensure it's standard across all cards.

You can control how your contact information is accessed. By default, we prevent search engines from indexing your information, though you can remove this restriction. We also provide a password-protected mode, so you can control exactly who can access your details: without the password you specify, your contact info can't be downloaded.

With all your employees' information in your company account, your contacts home page becomes a directory of your users. By default, this is only shown to logged-in users, serving as a graphical contact list for your company, including searching.
